How to fix this error

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to either fix this error or at least make it not pop up all the time.

The addon in question I think "FriendsFu" is working fine/as intended otherwise, and this error seems to me like it can safely be ignored (at least that's what I've been doing for the last few months) It only shows once per login (on login). It never used to bother me, just close the window and carry on without a moments thought, but I recently did a video showing the length of time it took to log in, and someone pointed it out, it's been bugging me ever since.

There is, however this is the only error I need to suppress... I'd still like to know if there are any other errors.

Looks like that FriendsFu was last updated in patch 3.2 back in 2009. If you want the exact same functionality with a working addon try Ara Broker Guild Friends.


You can also type /swatter noauto and it will move the error to your chat frame instead of popping a box up.

That'll do nicely :-) easily ignored there :P Thanks, (Although if anyone does know how to fix it, that'd be great) - Don't mind tweaking the LUA, so long as I don't need to re-write it all.

The error seems to stem from an outdated version of the LibTourist library. Installing the latest version (like a normal addon, or replace the folder from FriendsFu's libs folder) should fix your error.
