Where is the cord that connects the PSU to an outlet?

I feel really dumb right now, in the middle of a build, and once I finish, I realize I don't have a PSU cord to connect it to the outlet, what does it usually come included with?

    Thanks.

Should have come with your PSU. If not, you can order one for a buck or pick one up at any electronics store for around 3-5.

That item does show a power cord that plugs into the wall. Looks like you got a bad box or something.

This. I have several myself from all the printers and monitors I bought. Maybe, just like USB cords, they stopped including them. In that case, your salesperson should have mentioned this.

I found it, but for some reason the computer isn't running when I boot it. I can hear a feint ringing sound from the power supply, but it doesn't turn on at all.

Did you properly connect the power/reset jumpers to your motherboard?

Turns out I had the polarity wrong on the LED lights, it's going now. But for some reason when I install Windows 7, it won't recognize my HDD I have connected, if it doesn't do it this time, I'll switch the SATA connector to it from 6Gb/s to 3Gb/s...
