Need help with GPUs.

Ok so im at my friends house atm, and were trying to figure if my old graphic card is better than his current. I have only used that card for like 3 days.

Anyway here is some information about his card. I have a MSI Geforce GTX 460, for him if its better than his own.

You should probably give us the actual card model. 5800 series tells us very little about the card. A 460 will beat a 5830 but not a 5870.

Device ID 6899 is an ATI Radeon HD 5850

In most cases the ATI Card should be faster, sometimes by a wide margin - have a look here: http://www.gamestar.de/hardware/graf...2316225,3.html

Like said before; The GTX 460 (1GiB) is better than the 5830, but not the 5850 or 5870
