So I recently purchased a few new parts, combined with a few old parts, just so I can have a PC to play on till next summer. My old PC kinda blew up, GPU stopped working, CPU burnt out (Running at 60c Idle)
Below are the specs, I'm hoping this can play maxxed but I've recently come across some problems with it not playing WoW Maxxed (Ultra) in a 25M raid setting (Firelands Heroic) most choppy gameplay is on Heroic Rag. Maybe you can tell me whats wrong?

1: As far as I know, not a single computer unless EXTREMELY OP can run 25 man raiding without lagging(less then 60 fps) on Ultra settings and 100+ addons.
It has nothing to do with the computer.
Blizzard just uses a shit engine when there's alot of movement and effects.
