Upgraded Router Problem

So I upgraded my internet, got the router setup today. Upgraded internet hasn't been put in place yet. I've been receiving this lag where people just move in place for a bit. My abilities some times take longer to register. My latency has been slightly higher, now around 150. Any ideas?

You might be losing packets that is why you receive lag, even with a low latency. Just do a test for packets lost.

Go to run and type in 'cmd'.

Type in for example 'ping www.yahoo.com -t'

Let the test run for a minute or two then hit ctrl-C to end, when you do that you will receive a report.

A latency of 150ms isn't nearly high enough for you to see characters running in place. Are you sure the latency isn't closer to 1500ms? Since 1500ms would make a whole lot more sense.

As for things you can try.
-Update router firmware
-Power cycle network
-Reset TCP/IP connection for PC
-Reset WinSock for PC
-Disable AV and try testing the game see if the issue persists

It's not 1500, the color is green. Even when I get people running in place.
