RE: testing. Someone with better knowledge of statistics can probably tell you what you'd need for a reliable percentage. I'm not really sure, to be honest. As much as you can be bothered with!
RE: Cunning of the Cruel, I think Hamlet just implemented what was on WoWhead. Does anyone have it yet to check on live if it's scaling and what the coefficient is?
Every single non-DW boss drops it, but nooo, no dice.
Oh well, anyway, the Tooltip scales at roughly 96% SP but does not seem to be affected by MSS, for those interested in what-if scenarios.
Looked around a little, found some more information, though not personally verified yet.
Apparently, Cunning of the Cruel:
a) Scales with SP at a rate depending on the version(rdf: 84,8% normal: ~95,6%, heroic: ~108%
b) Has an ICD between 25 and 30 seconds
c) Can crit.
While it's probably still behind the Insignia, it's by far not as far behind as initially assumed and should pull ahead whenever there is more than one target within 10 yards.
It's also a lot more fun in my personal opinion.
I've listed Cunning under the item list for now.
May be time to take out the normal mode stuff (profile 1 differences).
any objections...?
Hi,
I was just wondering, on the profil 2. There is an overcap hit no?
So why do not reforge hit on DTR and spi on boots/shoulders?
Dragonwrath is reforged hit-> mastery already
Based on the rest of the craftables and the fact that normally 2x gemslots = +20 intel bonus , the missing bonus on the crafted Wrists [397]Bracers of Flowing Serenity - Crafting/Leatherworking is just bugged and it will be fixed eventually OR it's there and applied and it's just a visual bug.
So Intellect on : Mycosynth Wristguards = 286 + 50 + 10 = 346
Bracers of Flowing Serenity = 231 + 50 + 50 + 20 = 351
This was stated in E.J Wrathcalcs forum but since the developers are not sure they did not alter it in the spreadsheet. If this is true then they should remain BiS in both profiles right?
A million thanks to Aryiana for the awesome sigs!!!

still overcap with DTR reforged
am I the only one seeing a blank paoge [just grey page] when i click profile 2?
Has anyone actually considered taking fandral's neck over fungal? It has 10int more if you use epic gems and kinda solves the overhitcaped "problem".
Only downside ist loosing ~40 haste.
Not worth it. Flowform is quite a bit worse than Fungal Heart.
Reforging the crit on the shoulders instead of spirit and not reforging the necklace at all gives me a very slight boost to DPS(and i mean very) and gets the hit over cap down to just three, though.
profile 2 is 27 hit over cap - maybe im missing something, but how is reforging boots going to reforge that?
i mentioned at the top the issue with DTR not being able to be reforged on wowhead.
i also mentioned the reforge used under the profile link

hrmmm, i have the shoulders reforged crit->haste, and the neck reforged spirit->mastery.
am i missing something?
*edit.. did you mean reforge spirit on shoulders to haste and unreforge the neck?
that gets me the result you stated (1745 hit)

A million thanks to Aryiana for the awesome sigs!!!
Can you put that into wrathcalcs and confirm. jsut add a +20 int to the stats at the top of the page
Seems you are right :3 (unless i messed up again in WC :P )
Tried: Resto Chest + Mycosynth = 49181.42 DPS (6 rating under hit cap)
3086 Haste, 1688 Mastery
Resto Shoulders + Mycosynth = 49146.77 (exact hit cap)
2895 Haste, 2125 Mastery
Both cases simmed lower with Flowing Serenity even with added +20 Intel (maybe they pull ahead with +50 gems, haven't tried that cause it's late and I cba)
I tried Resto shoulders because both sims where over their respective breakpoints and I thought the extra 450ish mastery would be better for aoe, plus the difference in dps is not that great (35ish)
