Hi guys,

Just to clear up the reasoning, I don't want to change the spreadsheet from how the items appear on live as much as possible so it's not giving false readings prior to being fixed (items have stayed live with oddities like this for a long time before). Rest assured, as soon as the bracers get a hotfix I'll have a new version up, but if you want to add it manually you can either add 20 int manually at the top, or go to Gear List, go to cell L645 on the latest version, and under the socket bonus column enter "20 Intellect" or whatever you want to assume it'll be.

Thanks for the info on CotC, I'll see about getting that updated ASAP.

profile 2 is 27 hit over cap - maybe im missing something, but how is reforging boots going to reforge that?

i mentioned at the top the issue with DTR not being able to be reforged on wowhead.
i also mentioned the reforge used under the profile link[COLOR="red"]

without DTR reforged, I see 19.94% hit chance with 2043 hit rating. Assuming reforge DTR removes 125 hit from this, you're still at 1918, 176 from the hit cap. By reforging boots, I mean reforge Spi to hast and not Crit to hast.

Maybe I'm very very wrong or blind, whatever... It's just this overcap that bothers me

stop looking at the stats on wowhead profiler.
It is mentioned at the top of the thread that the stats shown there are incorrect. It is also mentioned on wowhead itself that many stat values may be incorrect

Im wicked curious about how the trinkets are performing. Is that the order from best to worst? I know it depends on haste caps ect... Ive been able to play with raid finder CotC and was not impressed. A definite order on the top 2 to shoot for would be appreciated. *waits patiently*

Best 2 are the ones listed in profile 2.

Tried: Resto Chest + Mycosynth = 49181.42 DPS (6 rating under hit cap)
3086 Haste, 1688 Mastery

Resto Shoulders + Mycosynth = 49146.77 (exact hit cap)
2895 Haste, 2125 Mastery

Both cases simmed lower with Flowing Serenity even with added +20 Intel (maybe they pull ahead with +50 gems, haven't tried that cause it's late and I cba )

I tried Resto shoulders because both sims where over their respective breakpoints and I thought the extra 450ish mastery would be better for aoe, plus the difference in dps is not that great (35ish)

I'm a little confused by the last statement. Isn't the chest option you've posted there 16 haste points short of a fairly significant breakpoint?

Even if you add the socket bonus, they are still lagging behind. Mycosynth may have stats that aren't as valuable, but they beat Flowing Serenity due to the sheer amount of stats they have.

I don't raid on heroic lvl can i just translate that gear to normal 397 to have that bis? Or do things change?

Things change because of the lower stats, the list would look pretty different.

from what I understood that one showed higher dps because you reached another haste breakpoint, I thought someone had put them both into WC and seen it being calculated as better, has anything changed since?

heh yea, I dunno why but I remember thinking that the pure haste profile was better but I'm probably wrong.

I also remember it looking weird so would explain that the hc profile is better

the haste profile could reach the next cap at 3.7k, but the int tradeoff was to great for it to be better

You mean the 3101 ? With DI it translates to 2637 which is already achievable. As for the 16 Haste then probably I forgot to change a Brilliant to a a Reckless :P

For those without DI, the resto chest appears to be the way to go then?
