PS3 Skyrim Issues

I see all the other threads on here talking about the lag issues on PS3. I haven't had any lag issues at all. My issue is that my textures keep glitching out. It starts out slow at first and then before I know it, the entire town has no texture on any of the walls and its just 1 solid color. I can't even see where I am going. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how, if I can, fix it?
