word verification not working

I'm trying to make an account for the open beta and for starters the account name (the one viewed on forums etc) always has an x next to it. When I hit continue regardless it takes me to word verification...everytime i enter the letters/numbers and hit continue it just gives me a new set of letters/numbers. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks!

Bah nvm...the display name I kept trying was actually in use...who the hell uses "Saebjorn" I thought I was the only one with an affinity towards viking names. Can a mod delete this! Thanks!
