issue with graphics on new build

I just finished building my new computer and got all of the drivers installed and when I went to load a game to check it out, the graphics were really grainy, for lack of a better word. Pixels are flashing on and off. If it will let me post a link, I have a screen shot of what mmo champ looks like:

Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

I was gonna say dead pixels (really tired here -.-) but I realised it's a screenshot and not a photo of your screen.

Try uninstalling your GPU-drivers, use a driversweeper and then install them anew.

Install the newest drivers. If it still does it, install older ones. The newest drivers aren't always the best. If it still does it check your card temps and see what you're running at. Heat issues can cause that as well.

What GPU do you have and how old is your monitor ?

Tried different resolutions and changing the color quality ?

Maybe you are pushing your monitor in a resolution that it can't handle properly.

I'm running an his iceq x turbo 6950 2gb. I uninstalled the drivers I got from the amd website and installed the drivers from the his website and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the input guys, I appreciate it.
