Alea iacta est is a raiding guild that consists out of friendly, mature and well experienced players. Most of our players have played the game since the early days of WoW and we are looking for players with the same experience. Even though we are not a hardcore raiding guild, during raids everything is dealt with with absolute strictness according to our rules so we get the best progress as possible.

What are our goals

Alea iacta est is a 10 man raiding guild. The guild has been created to down all bosses on 10 man mode and have lots of fun while doing it. We have 4 raiding days wich we require members to at least attend 2 of. We like to participate in all end-game challenges WoW has to offer, including hard-modes, achievements, rated battlegrounds and arena.
The only thing we are not doing, nor ever going to do is 25 man instances.

What do we expect of our members

We don't get hung up about GS or Achievements but we care massively about your attitude and knowledge of class and game. Please make this show in any application, effort equals reward. Any applicant should possess the following attributes.

■ You are at least 18 years old.
■ You are expected to know the encounter by reading up, watching movies etc.
■ You have a reliable Computer and Internet Connection
■ You are a mature and courteous person at all times both within guild and in the larger populace
■ You have knowledge of the class you are playing and a desire to improve always.
■ You are always prepared fully when you raid; boss mechanics, pots, food, gold etc.
■ You can take criticism and respond positively.
■ You understand progress raiding on occasion means a lot of wiping and you can remain motivated.
■ You should be able to raid twice a week as a minimum.
■ You are able to read the forums every day, and you will do so.
■ You are able to sign up for every raid 24h in advance, either available or unavailable.

We expect our guild members to treat each other with respect as well for all the other people in the game.
Respect Blizzards rules.
Respect other people's opinions and ideas. Malicious mistreating or bad mouthing will never be tolerated.

What are our raiding days and times:

Sunday 19:45 - 23:00
Monday 19:45 - 23:00
Tuesday 19:45 - 23:00
Wednesday 19:45 - 23:00
We do differ from our raiding days sometimes, having more raids then showed here above.

Progress

We cleared all t10 content including LK HC. T11 was cleared fully in normal but not in heroic, we've reached 5/7 before T12 came out. Firelands 6/7 heroic. And currently progressing through Dragon Soul heroics.
