With the huge nerf to the talent, is it really worth specing into it 3/3? i mean i can just get 1/3 lose 4% crit and 40 second cd and spec into something worth while.

Any suggestions?

You could do that, except there isn't anything else worthwhile to get, so meh.

The problem with that is that, as Rayzen17 said, there's nothing else worthwhile to get. You're also then left with waiting an extra 40 seconds to keep it lined up with Zealotry, or using Zealotry and wings separately, neither of which is ideal. Despite the nerf, you'll still want to spec 3/3 for the reduced CD.

That talent is a must, even with HoW nerfed.

The talent was always usefull for the 1min cd reduction. So you are really only left with 1 question. "Are these talentpoints more valueable somewhere else?"

For PvE? No, nothing comes even close.
For PvP? Now, this might be interesting. It depends on how often you (and your team) need the highly dispellable AW for burst. And what other talents you could spend those points on.
