I ran a dungeon for some days ago and i noticed the tank had a addon so it said like blabla is activated and blabla is faded when hes cd is off and on. Does anyone know which addon that is? And does it work only for tanks or can i use it as a warlock

That would be RSA - and it works for most class abilities.

If there's something you can't find an announcement for in RSA, ThatJustHappened can be made to done really anything, though the configuration is a bit steep.

WakeSpam does that as well. You can set it to any cooldowns, interrupts, dispells, and etc.

It's not. It does cover 90% of the things I was using TJH for, but I still had to use TJH to announce gouges on Sinestra.
