EU - Realm Transfer to fun/competitive pvp server

I am planning to realm transfer out of Eonar - EU with my Alliance mage in search for a pvp guild where I can get a solid team in which I can get the chance to aim high.

I've heard about Frostmane, sylvanas
any suggestions would be welcome

*the guild i am looking for needs to be alliance side =)
