which build is better?

Hi guys, i currently have:
CPU- amd athlon 2 635, quad core 2.90 ghz
RAM-4g ram
GPU-asus 9800 gt
HDD- 5400 rpm 1tb seagate
MOBO- a mid level motherboard, costed about 140 2 years ago

i built this about 2 years ago, im now selling it to someone for $350. my budget for a new pc is around 700 taxes in, iv tried putting together my own parts again but im going way over budget. i found 2 decent builds on the internet...they both have weak gpu which eventually i would upgrade to a asus 560ti.
which build do you recomend, the AMD six core or the i3...

Woooooooooh dude. Build your own. Both are crap for the price. get and i52500k build going. Will only cost 700-800 dollars. with an ok mobo, and video card.

=500€ + computer build + legal version of windows and price would be around 650~

That computer should run wow with like high setting.

with 100€ higher budget you will get i5 processor.
