Wrong motherboard, that one is a P55 board (LGA1156) aimed at first-gen i5/i7's. You're wanting a P67 or Z68 motherboard (socket LGA1155) for your i5 2500K chip. Get one with nice OC capabilities and well-rounded features, e.g. P8P67 Pro or P8Z68-V Pro - depending on your budget ofcourse

edit: But it doesn't have to be Asus, there's other brands - tell us your max budget for motherboard only and we'll suggest you something nice ^_^
