Anyone that values not going against the most militarized country in the world.

China would be our biggest enemy by today's standards, and they don't want to fight their biggest consumer.

Probably US with the other two North American countries providing supplies/other support, together with the EU/NATO/All that stuff. They'd be against a very tenuously aligned Middle East, Southeast Asia and East Asia, only barely held together by their mutual desire to overtake the West. India, Japan and Russia would stay out unless threatened. The Middle East would be very disorganized, and there would likely be little communication between them, the Southeast Asian countries and East Asia. Really, barely a World War at all.

It would be much more likely to be started by, or be between, nations under much more stress, like Pakistan-India, or Arab-Israel, or China-Taiwan, or NK-SK.

I honestly am afraid that WWIII isn't that far down the road.

I think that Iran, allied with Syria, Egypt, Palestine and Pakistan will eventually launch a MASSIVE invasion of Israel. We will spring to defend them, along with several European countries, and India will join us just because they've been wanting to kick Pakistan's ass for decades.
