All sources say they were re-added in 4.3, but not where. Anyone gotten one as yet, or heard from anyone who has? It's tagged 'smart loot' in Wowhead, so I guess maybe I just need to go out and farm mid-40's instances...

What about using something that's the same model but much easier to obtain?

The phantom blade sheaths on your back. The other weapons with the same model sheath at the hip.What about using something that's the same model but much easier to obtain?
