can i add the digital deluxe version to an existing acc

So I'm from Australia so i cant currently order the digital deluxe version, however I will be buying the game for the Dec 20 release so i was wondering If when the digital deluxe becomes available If any of you know If i will have to start a new act if i want to buy it or I can I just add It to my existing acc?

Im not sure if you will be able to get it anymore, once the game has launched you will only be able to get the basic retail version and thats it. But i could be wrong. This is how most other companies do it when they launch a new game

Yeah I rhought it might be that way but its not launching in australia until not sure when so I was hoping when they decide to it might be available.
