RDH are a 10-man raiding guild on Aggramar (EU). We are looking for exceptional players, with good attitudes, to strengthen our roster.
Recruitment Status:
We are open to applications from exceptional players of all classes and specs. However, we are in particular need of the following class(es) and spec(s):
- A Mage, preferably Arcane.
- An Elemental Shaman, with Restoration off-spec. preferred.
- A Warlock, preferably Demonology.

Raiding Schedule:
Invites begin at 19:45. We raid from 20:00 - 23:30 (Paris time) on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays, with ad hoc raids scheduled for Mondays when necessary. We expect our raiders to be able to attend at least two or three raids per week. We value consistency and reliability very highly, so the more active a raider, the better.
Raiding Requirements:
- A complete knowledge of your class and spec. is a must. You will be tested, questioned and scrutinised, so make sure your knowledge is up to scratch.
- A thick skin is incredibly important. You will be told when you are not performing well, and you may well be replaced. If you cannot take constructive criticism, then RDH is certainly not the guild for you.
- We value our raiders’ ability to be proactive, i.e. research encounters before we reach them, and have something useful to say when it comes down to forum discussions and tactical analysis.
- A friendly demeanour is paramount. We do not tolerate poor attitudes, bad-mouthing or any kind of bullying within the guild. At the end of the day, we are all here to have a good time.
- We require that you are fluent in English and are able to, at the very least, listen to Ventrilo, but preferably speak, too.
We do not enforce a strict age policy, but play each applicant by ear. It is agreed that age has little bearing on a person’s maturity and, therefore, their ability to play WoW to the standard required by RDH. Obviously, we are wary of particularly young folk, as the guild banter can get a bit saucy sometimes.
Guild Summary:
RDH was formed in May 2010 with the aim of becoming the server leading 10-man guild on the realm. Our guild is comprised of many different people from a variety of personal and raiding backgrounds. We are a very closely knit guild, with a good humoured and welcoming community.
