I'd recommend picking up a little more haste and getting hit capped. Also, mastery Sims slightly higher than haste after your plateau but crit is still your highest secondary stat outside of hit. Seeing that you are goblin I would say go for 1564 haste, this will gain you 4 more ticks on top of the 3 you already get with 10 stacks of stolen time and bloodlust (17 ticks of combustion). Also Foul Gift of the Demon Lord is an extremely weak trinket. If you have the funds, pick up DMC:V or keep running raid finder for Will of Unbinding.

Thanks, 17% on the nose, and also I do have DMC: V , just figured the constant 383 int was better off than the proc of the card, since Int also provides a decent amount of crit rating to boot.

^ very low crit rating, you need to focus more on crit than mastery and I'd say even haste. Imo at lower gear I'd ignore the 2005 haste platuea (1505 with 2p) and just stack crit, takes some RNG out of the spec. Other than that you are fine.

Why so haste heavy? Are you stacking for a certain breakpoint or what? I'd think dropping 1000 haste for 1000 crit would work wonders for you

Missing some enchants, switch 3/3 Arcane Concentration with blastwave and Cauterize, amazing spell/ability.

Aside from needing to enchant some things, I would get the vp cloak and neck asap, the trinket was a waste tbh.

1. No head enchant. Get it.
2. crit enchant on bracers? Get intellect.
3. Max your proffesions and get tailor clock enchant.
4. No enchant on your wpn.
5. Spec.. wth!? no Cauterize or blast wave?! Remove clearcast and get those 2.

Everything is +/- good, but simple details:
1. Your wrists isnt BiS , you can easily craft bis sockets. (you lose like +100 int with vp wrists)
2. I see you're extremely unlucky with trinkets, that'ys why you lack some spell power.
3. Gloves enchant is wrong, +65mastery is currently the best enchant for any specc.

1. I think 65 mastery is better than 50 haste although I think the difference is marginal. (I also use 50 haste xD)
2. I'd change boot enchant to 35 mastery / run speed. You can never count out the dps value of run speed. Even if we do have blink et al. top move around.
3. If you can, get a load of caster guildies and throw yourself in LFR, hope for trinket from spine to drop and get yourself it!
