protection t12 bonus vs t13

I have a question regarding gearing strategy:
currently I have 4t12 set without head (raggy just refuses to drop my token) on top of that I have the off-tier raggy shoulders in my bag. yesterday from our non-LFR normal run I got leg token.

my question is how to proceed from here:
the 4t12 bonus seems quite nice and I really have bad feelings about breaking it. the way I see it I have couple of options:

• break 4 piece bonus, grab the raggy shoulders and new legs and keep 2t12 bonus for a while
• keep 4t12 bonus until i get second token and have 2t12 + 2t13 bonus
• hold to 4t12 bonus until I can swap it with 4t13 bonus

what do you think? which option is best at this time? any help you can give me is much appreciated

From what I understand, the general rule with any set is that you don't break a bonus unless you can replace it with the next tier's 2pc. The change in stats usually isn't enough to cover the loss of a 4pc bonus.
