Is there ranked pvp with 50's only?

there is no ranked pvp as of yet so no there isnt ranked pvp with 50s only

Considering it's not in the game yet, no. But I would assume that when they do implement it that it will be level 50 exclusive.

I imagine once a healthy base of 50s starts populating, they'll get their competitive PVP system together. Once that happens, I can almost guarantee it would be restricted to 50's.
