I do agree about his views simply being too radical for some people, but I do disagree with who you think are his supporters. It's mostly rational people who agree with him; just only on the issues they think are the most important.

I really don't care about what Paul or Huntsman thinks, they're both shit candidates. Paul's domestic policies are great, but his foreign policy is bat shit crazy; while Huntsman is a liberal in a republican clothing.

I think Trump will provide insight about what the candidates intend to do to fix the economy. Trump may be an ass, but he knows what the private sector needs from the government to get businesses hiring again.

No, he's doesn't. Donald Trump is notorious for losing money.

I'm sorry, but I just cannot take Trump seriously.

You call that a slam? I was expecting him to literally lift him up and slam him. Like when Putin went to Japan and judo-threw someone. That dude is so awesome.
Cho’Gall: Cairne Bloodhoof is dead? Did we kill him?
Deathwing: No. The Grimtotems weakened him with poison, and then Garrosh accidentally hacked him to death with an axe during a heated political discussion.
Cho’Gall: How do you accidentally kill someone with an axe?

So quoting CIA on reasons why 9/11 happened is now the same as blaming US for 9/11?

The Republican party in general is totally detached from reality when it comes to 9/11, totally unable to accept that fucking with middle-eastern politics could ever cause blowback. CIA knew it would cause blowback. Paul knew it would cause blowback. He even predicted that the aggressive middle-east policy would cause terrorist attacks on US soil, before 9/11.

I didn't say who I think his supporters are, I said who the majority of regular every day Republicans think his supporters are. The topic is this question: Was Donald Trump right when he said that Ron Paul is unelectable? That's just one of the reasons I gave as to why. I gave no personal opinion in that post at all.

Again, I said "...is COMMONLY PERCEIVED to blame the US itself for 9/11". I never said I believed anything one way or another. Just giving another reason as to why he won't be elected.

As far as I'm concerned, Ron Paul is an anti-Semite piece of garbage. He and his freakshow Alex Jones supporters focus relentlessly on Israel and want to promote friendship with Iran. I fully support cutting off foreign aid to all countries but why, WHY promote friendship with an outright hostile nation like Iran? He has an agenda that is the same as David Duke and Alex Jones.

Trump is a scumbag but he is right in saying Paul is a piece of garbage. He's been a very consistent piece of crap throughout his entire political career.

Both are correct. Ron Paul's an unelectable extremist loon (gold standard, really?) and Trump's a deliberate sideshow.

Ron Paul is the only decent Republican Candidate. If he got the nomination I would vote for him over Obama.

But i'm from the UK, however we are just as interested in US politics as you. As it still affects us.

I'm honestly ashamed to live in the same country as Donald Trump. It is my utmost terror that people elsewhere in the world believe that he is somehow representative in any way, shape, or form of people in the US.

As much as I don't agree with many of Ron Paul's views on the direction to take the US if he were President, at least he takes the campaign for presidency seriously. Trump made a laughing stock out of the entire affair, it's not just embarrassing, it's shameful. That he has the gall to make statements as if he has any relevance to the presidency is awful.

Unfortunately, he and people much worse than him are quite representative of segments of the American population. Rick Perry's a governor because a very, very large portion of people are complete morons, not because of some accident.

Strictly speaking, murderers and arsonists are also representative of the segments of many populations, America included, that's the problem. I've just got a loathing of generalizing, that wackjobs like Trump can somehow brew up a media storm large enough to make it seem like they have any importance in the country. The only impressive thing Donald Trump has ever done is somehow manage to convince banks to keep loaning him money for all of his failed businesses.

I strongly disagree to that statement outside of foreign policy issues.

Unfortunately, I think Trump does have some importance here. He consistently produces highly consumed media, and during his pretend candidacy, there was a pretty large subset of people that actually supported him as a Presidential candidate. Of course, every country has wackjobs, so this doesn't reflect that badly on the US, but it's a painful reminder of the level of teh stoopid that's walking around...
