Sith Warrior or Imperial Agent?

So I played the last beta weekend and I'm having trouble deciding which class to play on launch. I've narrowed it down to SW or IA. When I played SW (marauder) I felt like a bad ass, the story was pretty good, but something about the rotation was a little off-putting for me. When I played IA (sniper) I really enjoyed the abilities, loved the story, but there were many times where the cover system annoyed me greatly.
What do you guys think? And what are you planning to play on launch?

Well, if you don't like cover you can do operative> concealment for melee dps with the agent. Stealth and some side heals are very helpful.

Or if you don't like that idea, I hear that SW's rotation gets better when you get higher level.
