Instead of following suit and go off your handle at him; think first.
perhaps he forget to change specs? perhaps he was just trolling lfd. Perhaps he has no clue; and yes, if thats the case he shouldnt be queueing a stank.. but point him in the direction of sone place that could help him.

You sign up to play with a random? Then you run the risk of being out of fortune with lady luck and getting a group without any experience.
Dont like LFG/LFR then don't do it, join a guild and run with them

-Waiting 25 minutes in Q as dps
-Finally able to enter after the tank declined Q 5 times
-Stuck on loading screen,forced to restart wow fast
-Can't load because I keep getting the message no instance servers available
-After 5 minutes of reconnecting I'm finally in!
-Got kicked out of the dungeon because I was offline
-Deserter debuff for 15 minutes
-Repeat steps above.

Exactly. Had you made your point about him being a moron in a less insulting fashion you would be fine, he would have been removed and life would go on as normal. Expect to see people who have no idea what they are doing in LFD, especially just after a new patch.
