Realms still havent gone down yet either for maintenance. And All raids/Instance locks reset at 11:59 server times don't they? aside from daily quests/VP weekly cap which is 3 or 4 am server? Not 100% sure. On the front page of MMO they confirmed that it will be released this week though.

Yeah, I think they are waiting to turn the last part of DS in LFR on during the maintenance downtime.

I, too, was disappointed when I couldn't do Madness at 3:00am today because I wasn't expecting maintenance. Now that there's maintenance, I'll hopefully be in there at about 2:01pm!
