i was wondering this myself cause i still have the program on my computer but dont think i had it running since the last time i reinstalled windows

it's a windows registry fix that's basically applied to your network card. i see no reason why it shouldn't work with TOR. It's not some addon you install that's WoW specific, it applies to all network traffic.

The way it works, it should work for everything that usually asks for an ACK (aknowledgement) back.
