Season 10 stuff IS the new Honor Gear. S11 will become the new Conquest ones.
So, what you've seen is what you've been given.
Wouldn't surprise me if this was a trap, but a question is a question.

Apparently it's just my server? The gear is all still the same as it was before the patch; no new gear was added to our vendors.

Try the vendors in Area 52. Sometimes its bugs and the capital city vendors bugs out.

No but seriously, if they brought in new gear just to be bought with honor other than the stuff we could buy before reset which was 384 im gona be pissed because I just farmed HEAPS!
