Need a monitor on a budget. Help?!

So my budget is between £100-£130 and i am looking for a Widescreen full HD monitor. So far its between these 2

Samsung makes a quality product and that is a fair price too especially for what you are getting.

I actualy recently bought the sa300 and i cant be happier, its a great monitor. no delay when playing games and the contrast ratio is great...comes turned almost max brightness i felt like i was going blind. now everythings around 30 and im thinking its still a bit too bright lol.

I Know it's £134.99 but it's totally worth it!
The only problem I have with this screen is that it has heat sensitive touch controls. Which makes it a real pain to turn on or off etc... when you have cold hands and a cold room.

As for the ones you linked.... Samsung products are always of good quality, and tend to perform and last very well.

I've been thinking about just getting a nice 1080p TV for my entertainment setup. How does a high end desktop monitor compare to a 1080p TV?
