uk customer service phone number not working

As the title suggests, tried phoning swtor customer service help-line but get 'this number is not recognised'.

Had a powercut in the uk and tried to log back in to swtor website, up came the security question to which I had forgotten the answer.

Now have to contact customer service to sort it out but the number isn't working, bah!

Anyone used this number successfully? Is it a typo on the website?

Please help!
