I don't like christmas ... it is a time full of stress and everybody's nuts!
I am against "forcing" people to buy presents. I rather give presents when I feel they're appropriate.

We opened up our Christmas gifts early, since it's really just me and my wife--my son is too young to care whether it's Christmas or not. She got me a Kindle Fire, Skyward Sword, a birdcage for the parakeets I'm getting tomorrow (<3), and a collection of small video game figurines for my desk.

Well I told friends and family not to get me anything as I believe the holiday is too generated towards receiving. I did take the time to get a select few people some gifts they truly could use and who will actually appreciate the gift. I took liberty then in getting myself a limited edition nvidia Haf 942, 27" samsung monitor, and a msi gtx580 lightning 3g to replace my 6950 2g, and a kingwin 1000w modular psu. Those things were more of an end of the year reward for getting by in law school ect, oh and for the reason I wanted swtor to seem lifelike and have the feeling im being abducted at night with all the green lights I added to an already green case
