Question about a healing class

What class/spec has an AoE heal tied to a grenade/bomb type thing? That sounds interesting throwing a projectile and doing an AoE heal.
I think I'm trying to choose between BH/Trooper and Smuggler/IA?

BH/Trooper have that ability in their healing trees. I believe it's called Kolto Missile/Bomb.
