    swtor release

    so swtor is 100% coming 15-22dec?, or can they change it again?, or is it a set date?

    Release date is December 20th. Early Access starts on the 13th and ends on the 20th. It is set.

    They made a date, and they are EA. They will push the game that day even if it isn't anywhere near done.

    Blizzard, meanwhile, will delay a game if it's not ready on the date they set (see: Burning Crusade, Diablo 3)

    Diablo 3 was never set in stone...it was "before the end of the year" then they pushed it back which was highly anticipated. It never had a set date and still doesn't.

    They also did not hurry with announcing said date. So unless some Cataclysm happens I don't see any reasons for changing it in such a short term.

    I would like to note that the original World of Warcraft launched in a state that was far from being complete in a strategic move against Everquest 2 which had launched just two weeks prior. There was a fair amount of high end content especially that was place in the game and yet was incomplete.

    In Europe, game copies will be available at retail starting on December 15, 2011. For those of you in the USA and Canada, game copies will be available at retail starting on December 20, 2011. For those of you who pre-ordered digital editions of the game from Origin.com, you will be emailed your Game Codes starting December 16, 2011.

    no they dont, see Frozen Throne ( Illidan vs Arthas, how disapointing not even nearly finished orc 'diablo' chapter )
    WotlK ( really? ret pala not nearly op for how long? ulduar did not come with lauanch ( the time they took pay off on other hand, we just had to sit on Dalaran for three months and play scrabble)

    anyway did you even play beta? if not your comment not make much sence, it doesnt even you did tho
