    Halgara 10Man Heroic

I spent last night on Halgara heroic with my 10 man guild. We have had a few problems and im hoping someone here may help or know what we may be doing wrong. Firstly we do the first or normal phase fine. Our issue is comming with the transition phases lightening / frost.

    Setup
    Paladin Tank
    Dk
    Warrior
    Rogue
    Spriest
    Hunter
    Mage
    Resto Druid
    Disc Priest
    Holy Pala

    Lightening

We have setup places for us all to stand so we quickly ignite the rods, but this idea failed. We then tried igniting one rod (killing add on it) then having half the raid move clockwise the other half anti-clockwise. Again we failed. We tried having just 2 people run clockwise and 2 anti-clockwise and again we failed. There seems to be too much damage going about and I really dont think its becuase out healers are bad. As a group were are each pulling 24-30hps and all using our cooldowns as needed. We are a druid/priest/paladin. Im just not sure what we can do to reduce the damage we seem to be taking. Im sure it is something we are doing that someone here may know.. im sure its going to be something obvious.

    Frost

Most of our attempts were with lightening phase, but on the frost phase we had alot of people suffer the slow and then the ice patch on the floor (like when its dispelled) witch inturn destoryed others trying to run around. We tried to ensure that if people got the debuff they would go into a position that wouldnt effect the raid to be dispelled. So we can control the frost on the floor. The areas we said would be outer ring or inside the bubble. But for some reason the frost always came in the middle. I checked recount for dispelling thinkng someone was dispelling incorrectly and there was no dispelling. The guys all say they were not dispelling, so just wondering if anyone else knows of something that puts the frost trap effect on the floor other then the dispelling ?

We tried moving all as a group and again in 2 seperate groups. But The dispelling issue just seemed to rape us hard.

Any tips, ideas are much appreciated, thanks.[COLOR="red"]

Here is the movie of our kill: http://www.twitch.tv/newtiunplugged/b/302298237

You can see how we do the lightning phase with basically 3 people on each side. Use classes that can sprint/blink/avoid damage. We use Tranq and other Raid CDs here.

Frost phase can be done in 2 ways:
    - Keep running. Run together, people with debuff move to the right into the big bubble or to the far left and then call for dispel on Voice. This prevents the icepatches from blocking the way and if you run far enough into the bubble, the ice patches don't spawn. You probably have to do two full circles to kill all the crystals. Use Lifegrips, Freedoms, etc.

    - Skip the Waves. This is how we do it in the movie. Basically when a wave approaches you move into the big bubble (which gives you a 50% slow and you lose %-based HP per second). Make sure to always dispel the debuff when the person is far enough inside the bubble so the icepatch doesn't hinder movement (It usually doesn't spawn and if it does, the 50% slow from the bubble and the 50% slow from the patch don't stack, so it doesn't matter). Kill each crystal by skipping the waves and then move on to the next.

If you have problems tanking it with a palading switch the tank for a DK or Druid because their mastery works wonders while the paladin can't block the assault.
If you don't have this option, consider taunting the boss on assaults.. with some practice this will work.
