I spent last night on Halgara heroic with my 10 man guild. We have had a few problems and im hoping someone here may help or know what we may be doing wrong. Firstly we do the first or normal phase fine. Our issue is comming with the transition phases lightening / frost.

Lightening
We have setup places for us all to stand so we quickly ignite the rods, but this idea failed. We then tried igniting one rod (killing add on it) then having half the raid move clockwise the other half anti-clockwise. Again we failed. We tried having just 2 people run clockwise and 2 anti-clockwise and again we failed. There seems to be too much damage going about and I really dont think its becuase out healers are bad. As a group were are each pulling 24-30hps and all using our cooldowns as needed. We are a druid/priest/paladin. Im just not sure what we can do to reduce the damage we seem to be taking. Im sure it is something we are doing that someone here may know.. im sure its going to be something obvious.
Frost
Most of our attempts were with lightening phase, but on the frost phase we had alot of people suffer the slow and then the ice patch on the floor (like when its dispelled) witch inturn destoryed others trying to run around. We tried to ensure that if people got the debuff they would go into a position that wouldnt effect the raid to be dispelled. So we can control the frost on the floor. The areas we said would be outer ring or inside the bubble. But for some reason the frost always came in the middle. I checked recount for dispelling thinkng someone was dispelling incorrectly and there was no dispelling. The guys all say they were not dispelling, so just wondering if anyone else knows of something that puts the frost trap effect on the floor other then the dispelling ?
We tried moving all as a group and again in 2 seperate groups. But The dispelling issue just seemed to rape us hard.
Any tips, ideas are much appreciated, thanks.[COLOR="red"]
