I am assuming as well. On Morchok HC 10 man casting HR is a waste of time you do not have.

It's kind of decent if you're 4-healing actually. Kind of.

HR is great HPS but it isn't great burst, which is what is really needed on Morchok. It doesn't help that your group probably isn't stacked either.
