Panther Cub and Lashtail Hatchling

Both these pets were given out from quest chains in 4.0 and 4.1
but with the world evolving from 4.2 and 4.3 the quest became impossible to do

Tonight I noticed something odd on Worldofwarcraft.com
We were looking for pets in game that my girlfriend didnt have (she was trying to complete the 150 achievement)
so we went onto the armory and looked up what she did not have.
These two guys came up, like they did before.
In 4.2 they were listed as Obtainable from quests
In 4.3, however, they are both listed as Vendor: Nalesette Wildbringer in Felwood for 50 silver each

I looked on wowhead and they had no information on this
so I went and looked but she is just a stablemaster for Felwood.


So has anyone heard that these will be vendor bought?
Or is this just a mistake on Blizzard's end?

The panther cub is obtainable by doing the 'starter' quests to unlock ZG/ZA. It starts in Ogrimnar if you are Horde. For alliance, I do not know.

The lashtail hatchling is from a quest in Grom'Gol for Horde. I just did this quest about a week ago. Wowhead.com for more info. \

I don't see them available from vendors.

What happened in 4.2 or 4.3 that changed the world that affected these quests?

Both were added in 4.1, I did the panther quest after 4.2 and started the raptor quest, did about half and am not finishing it post 4.3 so it seems wherever your information is from it's flawed.
