Few SWTOR questions.

So I've been thinking about Pre-Ordering SWTOR.
My questions are:

1.will there be month free month of sub? or do we have to pay 15$ right away
2. If there is a month free and you get in the early acces (can't see that happening, but still if it happens) is that month of free sub going to start from the day you get the early acces?
3. can you do a digital purchase? or do you have to buy the actual box and then download?

I know basic questions, but i need to know

1. Free month w/ purchase. I think you have to enter a credit card number to get free month, but they wont charge it.
2. On the release (the 20th).
3. Can do a pure digital download through origin.

2, no, starts on the 20th or whenever you input your code, whichever is later.
3, yes, you can buy it digitally from origin.

Just want to add that you do not need Origin to play the game, downlaod it or otherwise maintain it. You only purchase it at Origin.
