Origin - Order Cancellation Notice

Hello, for some reason Origin cancelled my pre-order today which I ordered on September 20th. I haven't done anything to cause this to happen, anyone have any ideas?

I guess its worth noting that I am in the red-zone of the launch, but I was able to pre-order the game with no problems till now by using a work-around..

if you used a work around then its worth noting that it wasnt a guarantee that your order will be fulfilled if they were to ever catch onto it.
