If you're seeking serious progression on a casual schedule, <Crits> could be for you! Ever since its founding in early 2009, our guild has raided only two nights per week. We rely on skill and strategy and consistently keep up with guilds that raid two or three times as much per week.
Our progression raids happen every Friday and Saturday night. Invites go out promptly at 730 pm server (CST) and we raid until midnight server, although we'll push later if close to downing a new or important encounter.
We are an adult guild with a membership comprised predominantly of working professionals, parents, university students and overseas government or military employees. We're friendly and fun but we do take our progression nights very seriously, since we cram a week's worth of raiding into only two nights.
We are currently recruiting the following roles in order of priority as of 01/23/2012:

Mage - Fire/Arcane
Medium
Druid - Restoration/Balance
Shaman - Elemental
Low
Paladin - Retribution
Hunter - Marksmanship/Survival
