Check my build out, I need suggestions! Need to buy it all before Friday morning.

First of all, can you please make sure everythings compatible and what not, first time building my own, I'm a quick learner and understand alot of it already.

Budget: Trying to stay relatively close to $700, dont really wanna be too much over it, even though my build is currently.

Use: Ultra Settings on WOW (1 WOW up) or Low-Medium Settings (4 WOW's up) while I stream video or listen to itunes, browse the internet, anything of that nature.

Also want to be able to record arena footage and edit somewhat possibly. So any reccomendations on that, if performance affects that, but focus on the previous.

~~BUILD~~~ (Anywhere that you feel I can change to save money and still achieve these tasks easily, reply please.)

Total is around $780. Want at least $720 if that is possible, if lower is possible, then awesome!!

Just seeing things like, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-074-_-Product , which is $20 c$30 cheaper, and then, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-191-_-Product , which is another $10 cheaper, if those are substitutes that won't hurt the performance much at all then that's great.

Also if I am missing anything that I need to buy to completely build a working computer on christmas day, tell me please.

Like I said I'm new to building. SO please bear with me, THanks and I appreciate any helpful replys/feedback.

Dropping to a 2400 that can't overclock would be a giant mistake. Add a real CPU cooler and you can easily OC that CPU to 4.5Ghz+. Don't skimp and get a junk PSU to save $10 either. Paying that much for a tiny hard drive is silly, use your old one and wait a few months on prices to go down or pay the $130 for a 1TB drive. 6770 isn't super powerful, requirements have gone up since WotLK, so keep that in mind.

You'll need to up your budget a buttload if you want to stream while running on ultra. Also keep in mind that no matter how much money you drop on a machine, you can't truly max the game with our currently available hardware. It's simply not possible to run ultra shadows, 8x/16x AA, and keep a steady 60FPS in 25m raiding, large scale PvP, populated cities, etc.

I'm not saying this to bum you out, just don't get your expectations too high. Realistically, with your linked build, you should be able to turn off multisampling, knock down shadows to medium, and keep 20ish+ FPS while streaming @ 1080p during intense moments. The 6770 you're linking is really holding your build back.

I think your rig is a bit off-scale for your limited budget.

The i5-2500k is a nice CPU for sure, but not ideal for 700 dollar budgets.

Paying 100 dollars for an OS seems a bit of a stretch too. Don't you already have Windows 7? If not, I guess it's worth it. but then you really need to downgrade your CPU.

The GPU you posted isn't a "gaming grade" GPU by most standards. Sure, it will suffice for WoW but many things will. You'd get much more value for money and longevity if you opted for a Radeon 6870 which is about 50 dollars more expensive while being twice as fast. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102948

You're willing to spend 80 dollars on a 250GB HDD? What a waste... We all know HDDs have gotten expensive but you're better off reusing your current one or getting one second hand off ebay than paying that kind of money for such a limited new one.

About Frapsing: The biggest performance influence when frapsing is how your harddrives are allocated. Playing off one hard-drive while writing onto the same one will be slow. You'll get much better performance if you read off one HDD and write onto another. Unfortunately HDDs are really expensive atm so having a RAID 0 setup isn't a viable option for you. Neither is an SSD+HDD combo (out of your budget).

I thought they were referring to actually streaming their gameplay. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the OP.

okay so I have a Dell Inspirion 531S Computer stock now, I can use the Hard Drive thats in it, can i also use the DVD drive as well?

With the OS, currently I am running Vista... but where exactly does the OS "save" too, the hard drive, right? So if I use my existing hard drive I have everything thats on my computer now, correct? What if I wanna completely wipe it and start fresh, how do I do that?

And is the $100 OS usable for multiple computers or no?
    What other options for OS?

And please reccommend a graphics card thats good for the price, under $200.

Also remember I will be running Low-Medium 4 Wows at times.

And when I said ultra, i shoulda just set Medium-High detail, with 1 WOW.

Keep it under $700 without a hard drive, basically $800 budget then.

My first "Final Build", Please Check! Need some help with Hard Drive.
Just check the build lmk, what yall think.
-Need to be able to run 4-5 wows on low detail easily, or run just one WOW when arenaing on medium to high.
-During either of these 2 tasks, I'll also need to be able to run itunes, surf the internet, and maybe record arena/rbg footage

Also, I'm going to use my Dell Inspirion 531s's hard drive, since they are so expensive right now, it has Vista on it haha, is there a way to totally uninstall everything start fresh and throw it in my new computer and install windows 7 OS and it'll be fine? Kinda dumb question i guess, just wanna make sure it works.

This is all I'm buying, so if I'm misinformed and need other things to actually get a working computer please tell me, otherwise verify that I'm good to go buying the following.

None of your URLs work, 550Ti might not do ultra depending on your resolution, but should do it if you turn down/off shadows.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835233081 Pick up a cheap CPU cooler so you can OC (make sure to keep copies and set a reminder for that rebate, they are slow at sending them)
