High Latency in Arena

I live in Edmonton Alberta and the server I am on is Turalyon US.
I get about 110 world latency which is good enough for BG's and dueling.
However, when I arena or do an instance my latency spikes up to about 400-600 which is too high to arena with IMO...

I've already tried switching ISP's and doing registry fix but no success...
Can I even fix this problem or is it just do to the location of the server?
From what i've head the arena servers are in Hawaii or something like that..
Any thoughts?

maybe check any Windows programs like Firewall, it might be blocking ur internet.
are u using any addons? these might be causing latency problems as well. I doubt it is a virus because its only in arena, but you still might want to run a scan. I really cant help u any more than this with the information u gave us.
maybe give us some information about what kind of internet u r using (wireless router, etc.)? I also suggest asking Blizzard.
it might be the arena servers being really far away from u, there is an easy way to check this: did u always have 400-600 latency in arena (since the first arena)? if yes, this might be the problem (unless they recently changed the location).
