*New Astralis* have opened our recruitment for some awesome RANGED dps for Dragonsoul Heroic Modes. We are a small-knit 10man PVE guild on The Venture Co. We are proud of our strong in-guild relationships between members and believe this works well with us in obtaining the awesome progression that we have done today.
What we are looking for right now:
With some changes to our raid roster recently and looking to progress hard to realm first again this tier, we are looking for WELL GEARED and VERY DECENTLY EXPERIENCED players of the following classes/specs to push realm first again T13!!! 1 Boomkin (prefer if they can heal decently as an os)
or 1 Warlock (demo pref)
*We would prefer if these players also had decently geared alts to bring to the team, this being for when certain boss progress encounters would benefit from different set ups and so on.*
What can Astralis offer you?
We have been around since the middle of Tier 11 ( I know not a massivly long time!), but we have formed a very solid raid team and great relationships with our members since the start. We felt that if we want the best players to stay on top PVE wise then we thought it best to recruit x-realm! TVC may not appeal to everyone being an RPPVP realm and due to it's population, but the server itself has a nice player community on it and who says you have to RP to be here?

We raid currently 3 nights a week; Wednesday 19.30-23.30 Sunday 19.30-23.30 Tuesday 19.30-23.30
*Tuesday might be changed to Thursday in the coming weeks*
# Our raids are "Drama Free" + the loot is distributed through a loot-council type system since we are a small enough guild there isn't any loot drama either. If your main focus here is getting purples then don't bother to apply We always considered ourselves a reliable raiding guild with a very low player turnover and see this as a strong point and desire for any skilled raiders looking to apply.
# We use TS3 when raiding so having this installed with a working mic is required. *We are a small enough guild without having quiet people on TS*
# When we arn't doing main raids, we usualy offer alt raids to gear up our alts which can be used in the main progress raids as stated above (these usualy occur on Wednesdays currently but can be changing soon).
# We have some members that love to PVP also when not raiding, and do some rbg's + arenas with other players on the realm.
# Few of the members here also enjoy spending their off-raid time obtaining achievements + in guild achievements and I'm sure they would look forward to having new players to do many of these things with.
# Outside Wow, many of the members play tones of other online games together too.
As you can see for such a small guild, we can offer a large amount of stuff in game and outside of the game to do We try to keep the game fun and interesting for those like many here that don't have real lives to spend that time on >.<
What we require from you:
Besides what was stated above regarding what we are looking for in a new member
Social: You don't mind checking our forums on a daily bases to keep up to date with guild info and stay involved with the community, you're comfortable with using teamspeak and you have a good grasp of the English language, you like to hang out and chat when not raiding, and you don't mind getting to know the people you raid with . As said before we are small and close in guild, so blending in is important here to us, having said that we are from all sides of the World here and are very easy going
Skill,Knowledge and performance: You know pretty much everything there is to know regarding your class, and you're comfortable playing or learning different specs without too much trouble. Your performance is reliable in terms of dps/healing or tanking. Your performance isn't just number based but you don't die in fires easily or in silly crap over and over again.
Attendance: You should want to raid very much, so usually you can attend 2/3 ( we would prefer 3 since its a small number of nights for decent progression) or more of the raids, and when you can't, its because something important came up. We all do have real lives and things do tend to come up outside of our hands, but just let us know and try plan your real life events around the 3 nights.
