Target of Target Blizz Unit Frame

The only reason I am using SUF is because the ToT (Target of Target) unit frame of Blizz sucks! I want it as big as the target frame is and should show the buffs / debuffs etc on it. Secondly, it should be movable and independant of the target frame.

Is there any addon that does this / can anyone suggest a few lines of code alongwith the necessary events needed to show the buffs / debuffs?

Am guessing that there isn't an addon like this. Can someone tell me how to create a frame that will look like the default Blizz unit frames?
