What FPS should I be getting?

What FPS should I except with these specs?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
4.00 GB RAM
64-bit operating system Windows 7
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 330 @ 2.13GHz
1366x768

Idk what you should be getting but I got a new laptop computer with fairly decent specs and I usually get between 10-20 fps... which (for reference) is lower than I get in wow which is about 50 usually.

you should be ok on medium/low. By ok i mean 30-40 fps.
