trinket question

Shadowcraft tells me that Kiroptyric Sigil http://www.wowhead.com/item=77113 its behind Starcatcher Compass http://www.wowhead.com/item=77993 and http://www.wowhead.com/search?q=Wrath+of+Unchaining , but elitist jerks says its behind every DS trinket and almost FL heroic ones too. so i know that trinkets value change depending current stats weights but that much?

99% sure there is a mistake in Shadowcraft where it was modeled with a 1 minute cooldown.

Shadowcraft has Kiroptyric sigil with a 60 icd. Its actually 90sec. They are aware of it and will be fixed in a later update to shadowcraft. For a correct trinket listing, jsut go to the ej rogue forums. Under each specs guide, they have a accurate trinket ranking.
