Something is wrong with my dps

Checked rotation on multiple videos and threads also I seem to be geared right (from what i could get).

Have the right rotation and reforged/gem'd right from what i know... but barely doing 24-25k dps DS norm. Any advice?

You're 60 haste short of the next UA threshold. I think you could find most, if not all, of it by reforging the neck.
