Chat bug

Hello,

I'm having an issue with chat in game, I can't type nor see anything on party and guild chat. I've tried creating new channels only for those, restarting client, reloging etc. but nothing helps. General chat works somehow. I see it as a major bug because I can't communicate with my team in game and by this I cannot complete any heroic quest or flashpoint ;( Any ideas? Maybe I've missed something terribly obvious but it doesn't work right now.

EDIT: Chat works well on the other characters.
