[A] <FoE> of Turalyon is recruiting for end of Cata and Mists!

Who we are:

<FoE> is a progression minded raiding guild. We have to different raiding teams that go on the weekday or weekend. The Weekday Raiding Team is 8/8 Dragon Soul 10 Heroic and the Weekend Raiding Team is 8/8 Dragon Soul 10 Heroic. We focus on heroic mode progression in a mature environment.

We look for folks that are laid back, relaxed, real life > games attitude, and can keep the game in perspective while still playing it well. We are not a hardcore guild but do expect that each pull of a boss during progression shows improvement from the last pull. Most of us are closer to 30 than 20 (or older than that); many have kids, jobs, etc. We have folks from all walks of life and expect and maintain a respective and mature environment. We don't tolerate a lot of drama, and take care of business.

Raiding Times:

The Weekday Raiding Team (Weekday Crew): Tuesday and Thursday 8:30pm-12am server (Eastern)

The Weekend Raiding Team (Weekend Crew): Friday / Saturday 8:00pm-12:00am Server (Eastern)

Recruitment Needs: Recruitment is open for both raiding crews!

Right now we are looking for exceptional ranged dps to add to our ranks and exceptional healers to round out the raiding roster for our two raiding teams.

We are also recruiting for the social aspect of our guild and into mists. We always consider exceptional apps from any class/spec.

What we are looking for are players who are competent in their class, fast on their feet and able to ask and answer questions when something goes awry. Players that research their class and know optimal specs, rotations, gearing, carry food and flasks, and use pots to take advantage of everything they possibly can. We are looking for players who push themselves and their character to continual improvement.

Attendance:

We don’t expect a 100% attendance rate but we do expect our raider to be around for a higher majority of raids. We do, however, understand that real life happens and can work with you. That being said, attendance is still important to us.

Loot:

We use a DKP system that has both a ceiling and a floor. Raiders earn DKP for attendance and sometimes based on exceptional performance as a whole team during a new raid night, we also offer bonus DKP for killing new bosses and clearing content.
