I originally rolled republic to avoid being the more heavily played faction. I plan to start over now and feel a little better about switching to Empire on RP. I hate starting over, but I am just demoralized from the PvP I've had so far--and now would be better than later. I have won about 3/15 matches (1 was vs Republic in Hutt Ball). The Repubs on Shien have been matched up with so far have been pretty bad. Last night I actually got yelled at for defending a node not being attacked in Alderaan. It was just me--not 5 guys.

I am trying to figure out where to re-roll. I am leaning RP (probably RP-PvE) because of the statistics I linked above. My only requirements if I could choose would be to be on a server with 1. low/no queue and 2. 40-50% Empire and 3. to win 40-50% of the time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If I can't get any, I may just switch on Shien.
